I especially like the 'sanderling' and 'tri coloured heron'. I like the 'sanderling' because of the curious pose, and the complementary colours of the background. The colours go really well with the birdie. As for the 'heron', i like the shadow in the water as it serves to make the environment a part of the picture instead of the bird in itself. Nice either way though. Did you do it with the Nikkor 70-200?
The sanderling was posed like that because it was mad. Another sanderling flew in next to it and started eating in the same area and this one didn't like it, flared up its feathers and charged.
All of those were with the 70-200mm, I'll have some more up later this weekend. Great, great lens.
