QotD: Manic Monday
I rarely, if ever, get stressed so it's hard for me to say. I think sports helped me here. Until I was about 15, I'd get all fired up on adrenaline and not really perform to my best abilities. Around that time I learned how to get fired up but still stay relaxed enough so that you could shoot a jump shot, swing at a pitch, etc.
How do you react when you're stressed?

Hmmm... usually I:
1) Go for a long run playing Creedance Clearwater Revival's "Have you Ever Seen the Rain" on repeat or Radiohead's "Let down". If it's real bad, then My Chemical Romance's "Disenchanted"
2) Go to the nearest overhead bridge and scream at the cars passing by (and then running away before getting arrested for disturbing the peace. I'm always peeved that there are not enough remote places on the island to scream at the top of my lungs without getting arrested).
3) Take an anti-cold tablet and go to bed for hours.
I agree on the long run, or any form of exercise. Lifting weights definitely clears the head...or hitting a heavy bag for a few minutes.
